The flow of opposing voices swells - could ulterior motives be behind lockdowns?

1) YouTube Attempts to Silence the Mises Institute
As described by the host of the censored talk: "The video, a talk by Tom Woods titled "The Covid Cult" with more than 1.5 million views, was recorded at our live event in Texas two weeks ago. It offered challenges to the official narrative surrounding the coronavirus, particularly with respect to mask mandates."

"...It was, as you might imagine, a mix of unassailable data combined with our friend Tom's strong prescription for liberty and personal choice rather than centralized state edicts. In other words, YouTube had no earthly business removing it."

So, at the risk of being deplatformed himself, your humble scribe relays the above 'forbidden talk' on Bitchute:

2) Covid-19: politicisation, " corruption," and suppression of science
Article by surprisingly, the BMJ speaking out against the UK govt's ‘politicisation’ and ‘suppression of science’ through covid

3) What Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE) has got Wrong

“It’s Easier to Fool People Than It Is to Convince Them That They Have Been Fooled.” – Mark Twain

A long condemning article of the UK's handling of covid by Dr Mike Yeadon (who spent over 30 years leading new medicines research in some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, leaving Pfizer in 2011 as Vice President & Chief Scientist for Allergy & Respiratory)

4) Governor Newsom's Covid Edicts
Congressman Tom Mclintock criticising California governor's harsh lockdown policies imposed on the people while he breaks the same rules himself dining at the French Laundry:

5) Finally, an ironic chart showing the high death ratios of countries with harsh lockdown policies (eg EU, UK) compared to where there is Zero lockdowns (Sweden):

The live link is here for scrutiny at your own pace: link.

More arguments against heavy handed lockdowns 20201113

A few more authorities coming out against the economy decimating, freedom destroying, and overall ill conceived lockdown policies, which we think is important to be aired given the so called 'fact check' censorship which are preventing these much needed debate from reaching the population at large.

1) The 2020 Cambridge Freshfields Lecture entitled "Government by decree - Covid-19 and the Constitution" was delivered by former Supreme Court judge Lord Sumption on 27 October 2020.

Covid measures will be seen as 'monument of collective hysteria and folly' says ex-judge

See transcript HERE:

2) John Lee, former clinical professor of pathology at Hull York Medical School and consultant histopathologist at Rotherham General Hospital dismisses the lockdown policies in debate:

Amazing Debate on Lockdown Ideology versus Scientific Approach - Unmissable!!

3) Yet despite these reasons, lockdowns are coming back (green = relaxed, red = restrictive):

Sadly, Sweden will be proven right again, and we are half lucky to have less draconian measures here in HK than ironically, most 'liberal democracies' in the West... cue Lord Sumption's speech at the start of this post.

4) HK's latest statistics, despite less stringent lockdown measures than most of Europe, continues to demonstrate that covid is no worse than any other seasonal flu, as the year-to-date death figures by cause prove:

Note that even in the >65 age group (3rd from right), death rates of most other causes YTD in HK are multiples of covid, with all-population deaths up to 117x of covid. Shutting down the economy may indeed cause more harm?
